Being known by love...
What does that mean?
Being known by love is what Jesus was talking about in John 13:34-35. The primary mark of a true believer is that they love others. They love others, not just like themselves, but they will love others who are completely different. Jesus said that the world will be able to understand the love of God if the people of God will love each other.
Loving others is not based on emotion but on need. 1 John 3:16-18 clearly teaches that love is not about words but actions. At Sun Valley Church we want to practice loving each other sacrificially not only to obey the commands of scripture but to be a voice of hope to our community and demostrate in practical ways our profound love for God our Savior!
